Tushar Jain has extensive work experience in the field of scientific research and leadership. Tushar began their career in 1999 as a Research Assistant at the University of Wisconsin, where they worked until 2004. During this time, they gained valuable experience in research methodologies and techniques.
In 2004, Tushar joined the University of California-San Diego as a Research Associate. Here, they focused on the development of Monte-Carlo methods for efficient side-chain packing and prediction for protein-protein interactions. Tushar also developed a software program called SPRUCE and worked on efficient binding energy calculations from molecular simulations of protein-ligand and protein-protein systems.
In 2006, Tushar moved to Verseon, where they worked as a Scientist. Tushar continued to contribute to scientific research and gained additional experience in the industry.
In 2010, Tushar joined Adimab as an Associate Director. Tushar held this role until 2023 when they were promoted to the position of Director. Tushar's leadership skills and scientific expertise have been instrumental in the success of Adimab.
Tushar's work experience demonstrates their dedication to scientific research and their ability to take on leadership roles in the industry. Tushar'sexpertise in Monte-Carlo methods, solvation potential, and binding energy calculations make him a valuable asset to any organization in the field of scientific research and development.
Tushar Jain obtained a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Mumbai, where they studied from 1995 to 1999. Tushar then pursued further education at the University of Wisconsin-Madison, where they earned their PhD in Chemical Engineering. Tushar'sdoctoral studies took place from 1999 to 2005.
