Kimberly Gibson

Kimberly Gibson currently serves as the Director of Quality at Rare Beauty since November 2023. Prior to this role, Kimberly held multiple positions at Smith & Vandiver Corporation from October 2017 to November 2023, including Director of Quality & Regulatory, Director of Quality, and Quality Assurance Manager. Kimberly's experience also includes serving as Quality Assurance Manager at Teknova from April 2016 to October 2017, where responsibilities involved managing quality management systems and SOP development. The career began at Threshold Enterprises as a Microbiology Laboratory Analyst from March 2012 to July 2014. Kimberly holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from Grand Valley State University and an Associate of Arts and Sciences degree in Biology from Northwestern Michigan College.
