Samantha Bessant has worked in a variety of roles across the customer success and sales sector since 2008. Starting with a temporary telemarketing executive role at Clarify, they then moved to Pact Education as a Training Administrator. In 2009, they returned to Clarify as a Service Delivery Coordinator and Quality Controller. In 2012, Samantha worked as an Account Development Executive at TIBCO Software Inc. and an OD (HR) Coordinator at Research In Motion. Samantha then moved to BlueGlue as a Sales and Marketing professional, before joining Artesian Solutions as a Customer Onboarding Manager and Director of Customer Onboarding (Pre-Sales). In 2018, Samantha became the Head of Customer Success, Retail at Virtualstock and in 2020 they were appointed as the Customer Success Director at Poq. Most recently, in 2022, Samantha was appointed as the Head of Customer Success at Adimo.
Samantha Bessant attended Kendrick School from 1997 to 2004. Samantha then attended University of Southampton from 2005 to 2008, where they earned a 2:1 in Film and English. In 2009 and 2010, they attended City and Guilds and earned an NVQ Level 3 Customer Service.
