Bastian Rashek

Bastian Rashek currently serves as the Regional Director of Revenue for Europe at Adina Apartment Hotels, a position held since June 2023, where the focus is on maximizing total hotel revenues and supporting growth within the European portfolio. Prior experience includes significant roles at Marriott International, where responsibilities encompassed various revenue management positions including Franchise Director of Revenue Management for the Odyssey Hotel Group, overseeing 13 properties in Germany and the Nordics. Additional positions at Marriott involved managing revenue for renowned hotels in Hamburg and Vienna. Bastian's career in hospitality commenced with an apprenticeship at KASTENS HOTEL LUISENHOF, complemented by military service and early roles in hospitality. Bastian holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in International Hospitality Management from Stenden University and furthered education in South Africa and Hannover.
