David's previous experience spans nearly two decades at BNY Mellon, where roles included Director and Vice President, overseeing operations with portfolios exceeding $100 billion, achieving substantial cost reductions through strategic initiatives, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. David holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Management from SUNY Polytechnic Institute.
