David Tehan

David Tehan currently serves as the Town Councilman for the 4th Ward at the Town of New Hartford since January 2024. Concurrently, David holds the position of Senior Vice President in Retail Loan Administration at Adirondack Bank, where responsibilities include developing and managing the retail loan origination support team and realizing significant efficiencies in mortgage closing times. David's previous experience spans nearly two decades at BNY Mellon, where roles included Director and Vice President, overseeing operations with portfolios exceeding $100 billion, achieving substantial cost reductions through strategic initiatives, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. David holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Management from SUNY Polytechnic Institute.
