Debbie DiAndrea-Hitchcock, API, AIS, AINS, currently serves as the Branch Manager at Adirondack Bank since February 2023. Prior to this role, Debbie worked as a Sales Manager at Farmers Insurance from April 2021 to October 2022, where Debbie successfully transitioned a sales team from MetLife to Farmers, leading the team through significant system and procedural changes to establish a permanent virtual sales operation. Debbie's extensive experience includes over 20 years at MetLife, culminating in the role of Manager, US Direct Sales, during which Debbie qualified for the Leaders Conference 12 times. Debbie holds a BS in Management Science & Marketing from SUNY Geneseo and has participated in the Leadership of the Mohawk Valley program.
