Katie Pustolka, SPHR, SHRM-SCP, currently serves as the Senior Director of Human Resources at Adirondack Health Institute since July 2019, having previously held the position of Director of Human Resources within the same organization. Prior to this role, Katie was a Team Facilitator and HR Consultant at GTM Pinnacle Human Resources from April 2016 to July 2019. Earlier experience includes serving as a Human Resources Generalist at Ballston Spa National Bank and as an EID Coordinator at Yoh. Katie Pustolka holds a Graduate Certificate in Human Resources and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology, both obtained from Union College.
