Kathy Woughter

Kathy Woughter is the Philanthropy and Outreach Coordinator at Adirondack Land Trust, where efforts focus on conserving Adirondack lands and waters, managing diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives, and leading events and internship programs. Prior to this role, Kathy served as Vice President for Student Affairs at Alfred University, overseeing a division of approximately 70 staff and teaching in graduate programs. Additional notable positions include Director of the Career Development Center at Alfred University and Past Director of Region II for NASPA, advocating for student affairs on both regional and national levels. Kathy holds a Master of Science in Counselor Education from Alfred University and a Bachelor of Science in Biology and Secondary Education from SUNY Geneseo.
