Paola Hofmann

Paola Hofmann is currently a Senior Director at Adison Partners, a global executive search firm, focusing on driving innovation and disruptive growth through the recruitment and development of Uncommon Talent. Prior to this, Paola worked as a Business Developer and Recruitment Consultant at Edelway, an IT Consulting and Executive Search firm. Additionally, Paola is the Founder and CEO of Sitters México, a startup that catered to the unmet need of providing quality childcare services to vacationing parents. Paola holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Universidad del Claustro de Sor Juana and is pursuing a Diploma in Psychology from JUNG INSTITUT KÜSNACHT ZURICH.
