Estefanía Ortega Flores

Estefanía Ortega Flores is an experienced professional in the field of fermentation and industrialization, currently serving as the Industrialisation Manager at Adisseo since April 2019. Prior to this role, Estefanía contributed as an Ingénieur fermentation and completed a final study internship focused on the development of a new food additive through fermentation at Adisseo. Additionally, Estefanía has experience as an assistant engineer at Inra, where research centered on the interactions between non-Saccharomyces yeast and Saccharomyces cerevisiae during winemaking processes. Estefanía's early experience includes a traineeship at HEXPOL Compounding. Educational qualifications include an ongoing program at ESSEC Business School and degrees in biological engineering from Université de Technologie de Compiègne and biochemical engineering from Universidad Autónoma de Aguascalientes.
