Karen Luchterhand

Karen Luchterhand currently serves as the Director of Ruminant Technical Services at Adisseo since April 2024. Prior to this role, Karen held various positions at Novus International, Inc., including C.O.W.S. Program Lead and Ruminant Technical Services Manager from May 2017 to April 2024, and Midwest Ruminant Sales Manager from July 2015 to May 2017. Karen's earlier experience includes serving as a Dairy and Livestock Agent for the University of Wisconsin-Extension and as a PhD Graduate Student at the University of Minnesota, where research focused on dairy management. Karen holds a Master's degree and a Bachelor's degree in Animal Science from the University of Minnesota.
