Thiago Ushizima

Thiago Ushizima is an experienced professional in the aquaculture industry, currently serving as Regional Manager in Aquaculture for Latin America at Adisseo since March 2020. Prior to this role, Thiago held the position of Regional Manager at Neovia Group from June 2017 to March 2020 and served as Research & Development Manager at Nutrizon Alimentos from July 2015 to June 2017. Thiago's extensive background includes a significant tenure at Mar E Terra Industria E Comercio De Pescados S.A., where responsibilities included leading the implementation of a breeding unit for various fish species and developing specialized feed in collaboration with Douramix Nutrição Animal. Thiago's career also features managerial roles in production, contributing to the establishment of a 100-ha fish farming operation and the creation of production best practices and biosafety manuals. Thiago holds an MBA in Economics and Business Management from FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas and a degree in Animal Science from USP - Universidade de São Paulo.
