Virginie Cayatte

Virginie Cayatte currently serves as Group CFO at Adisseo since March 2018 and has held the position of independent administrator at Amundi since November 2015. Previously, Virginie was Group CFO for Solocal Group from January 2015 to December 2017 and for AXA IM from January 2010 to February 2015, overseeing corporate finance, strategic planning, budgeting, and financial regulatory compliance. In addition, Virginie held the role of General Secretary at the "Finance and Innovation" cluster from March 2006 to August 2007, facilitating collaboration among financial institutions and innovative companies. Earlier experience includes serving as Head of Financial Market Regulation at the French Treasury from February 2002 to February 2006, focusing on European financial market regulations. Virginie holds a Master's degree in Economie/Mathematics from École Polytechnique and a Master's degree in Industrial Production Technologies/Technicians from Mines Paris - PSL, along with a certificat d'administrateur de société from Sciences Po. Virginie was awarded the Chevalier de la Legion d'Honneur in 2014.
