Chirag Panchal

Chirag Panchal has extensive experience in the field of human resources. Chirag started their career as an HR Manager at Red Star Infowave Pvt. Ltd., where they were responsible for conducting the recruitment process and overseeing employee meetings. Chirag then worked as a Coordinator of Swachh Bharat Mission for the Government of Gujarat, where they collaborated with Principle Secretary C.V. Som. Chirag joined eStore Factory as an HR Manager and played a crucial role in talent acquisition for IT, Digital Marketing, and eCommerce departments. Chirag also managed the induction process, engagement activities, policy development, vendor negotiation, and administrative tasks. Chirag moved to X-Byte Enterprise Crawling and Adit as a Human Resources Executive, where they continue to contribute to the HR functions.

Chirag Panchal pursued their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration, General from Gujarat University. Chirag attended the university from 2012 to 2017, completing their education in this field during that time.
