Omar Shariff has worked in various roles throughout their career. Omar started in 2007 as an HR Executive and Team Coordinator at Convergeon, where their responsibilities included interviewing and testing job seekers, selecting potential candidates, and shortlisting them for employer interviews. In 2009, they moved to Aditya Birla Minacs, where they worked in HR Operations and managed the complete recruitment life cycle. Omar was responsible for sourcing talent, identifying manpower requirements, conducting interviews, and overseeing the induction of new recruits. In 2013, Omar joined Aditi Consulting as the Director of Client Services and Operations.
