Matthew Ambros

Matthew Ambros has over 15 years of experience in the legal industry. Matthew is currently working as a Senior Counsel at Aditum Bio since November 2022. Prior to that, they held roles at BlueRock Therapeutics, where they served as a Corporate Assistant General Counsel from August 2020 to December 2022, and as the Director of Corporate Transactions Counsel from September 2020 to August 2022. Before joining BlueRock Therapeutics, Matthew was an Associate at Goodwin, where they represented clients in transactional intellectual property matters from June 2018 to September 2020. Matthew also worked as an Intellectual Property Attorney at Foley & Lardner LLP from May 2009 to May 2018. Matthew started their legal career as an Associate at Lando & Anastasi, LLP, and prior to that, they worked as a Law Clerk at the Superior Court of Massachusetts.

Matthew Ambros earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A) degree in Genetics, Cell and Developmental Biology from Dartmouth College in 2004. Following that, they attended Northeastern University School of Law from 2004 to 2007, where they obtained a Doctor of Law (J.D.) degree.
