Steve Varvel

Steve Varvel has a diverse work experience spanning over various roles in the pharmaceutical and diagnostic industries. Steve has most recently worked as the Director of Clinical Trials for Aditx Therapeutics, Inc. since December 2020. Prior to that, they served as the Vice President of Research and Technology for Salveo Diagnostics, Inc. from November 2017 to November 2020. Steve also held the position of Director of Clinical Research at Salveo Diagnostics from November 2015 to November 2017. Before joining Salveo Diagnostics, Steve worked as the Director of Clinical Trials for Health Diagnostic Laboratory, Inc. from March 2011 to September 2015. Their earlier experience includes working as the Director of Clinical Trials for Bostwick Laboratories from August 2007 to February 2011 and as an Assistant Professor of Pharmacology and Toxicology at Virginia Commonwealth University from 2004 to 2007. Throughout their career, Steve has demonstrated expertise in clinical trial management, research and development, protocol development, regulatory affairs, and team leadership.

Steve Varvel earned their PhD in Experimental Psychology from Virginia Commonwealth University in 2000, where they studied from 1989 to 2000.
