Sanjay Singh

Sanjay Singh serves as the Executive Vice President & Head of Compensation & Benefits at Aditya Birla Capital since August 2024. Prior to this role, Sanjay held significant positions at Hindalco Industries Limited from July 2015 to September 2024, including Joint President & Head of Total Rewards and Vice President of Corporate HR (Total Rewards). Sanjay's earlier experience spans from January 2007 to June 2015 at L'Oréal, where responsibilities included General Manager of Sales HR and Zone Manager for Total Rewards across the Asia Pacific region. Additionally, from July 1996 to March 2004, Sanjay worked as a Human Resources Generalist in multiple organizations, focusing on compensation, benefits, and legal aspects of HR.
