Satyajit Dash

Satyajit Dash has a strong background in human resources, with over 25 years of experience. Satyajit'smost recent role was as the Head of Human Resources at Aditya Birla Global Trading. Prior to that, they served as the Head of Human Resources at Aditya Birla Group - Idea Cellular, where they worked for seven years. Satyajit also held the position of General Manager - HR (Organisation Development) at Aditya Birla Group. Before joining Aditya Birla, Satyajit worked as the Head of Human Resources at GDAS - Testing and as an HR Consultant. Satyajit began their career at Infosys Technologies Limited, where they held several HR management roles, including HR Manager - Business Partner and HR Manager - Mysore Center. Satyajit also spent five years at L&T Infotech as Manager - HRD and three and a half years at Gati Cargo Management Services as Manager - HRD. Throughout their career, Satyajit has demonstrated expertise in various aspects of HR, including recruitment, employee relations, training, and policy development.

Satyajit Dash completed their B. Sc. (Honours) degree in Chemistry from Utkal University between the years 1986 and 1990. Following this, they pursued a PGDM (Equivalent to MBA) degree with a specialization in HRD, Marketing & Finance from Xavier Institute of Management - Bhubaneswar from 1990 to 1992.
