Tarun Maru has a diverse range of work experience in various roles and industries. From 2000 to 2009, they worked for Farlin Timber Pte Ltd, first as a Business Development Manager responsible for expanding the market for timber products in Bangladesh, and later as a Logistic Manager in Dubai, managing the company's distribution network in the region. In 2009, they joined Swiss Singapore Overseas Ent Pte Ltd as a Manager, and also worked as a Sales and Marketing Specialist at Aditya Birla Global Trading in the same year.
Tarun Maru attended Elias Meyer, Kolkata, where they studied Science. After completing their education there, they then enrolled at Seth Anandram Jaipuria College, where they graduated with a degree in Physics.
