Vishal Gupta

Vishal Gupta has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning over multiple industries. Vishal started their career as an Entrepreneur in 2003, co-founding and partnering in a consultancy firm called VAS & Company. In this role, they provided solutions for accounting and finance requirements for businesses, led projects for SAP implementation in top Indian companies, and offered auditing services such as stock audits, internal audits, and risk audits. Additionally, they provided logistic support services, cash and banking management services, and project and working capital financing.

In 2011, Vishal joined SWISS SINGAPORE OVERSEAS ENTERPRISES PTE. LTD, where they held various positions. Vishal'sfirst role was as a Senior Manager in Banking and Finance in Singapore. Here, they held responsibilities such as product controlling for Iron Ore, Steel, and Agri vertical, managing end-to-end deal execution, budgeting, risk analysis, and monthly P&L reporting. Vishal also supervised documentation and operations, managed reporting, maintained banking relationships, and liaised with banks for LC/BG issuance and other requirements. Vishal led a team of five members for banking, documentation, and accounting.
