Himanshu Nautiyal

Himanshu Nautiyal is an accomplished business coach with over 36 years of diverse leadership experience in supply chain management, business excellence, and sustainability. Currently serving as a business coach at Arham Corporate Excellence since December 2018, Himanshu's previous roles include President and Head of Business Excellence, WCM, and Sustainability for the Chemicals, Fertilizers, and Insulators segment at the Aditya Birla Group, where responsibilities included driving sustainability and excellence across multiple businesses. With a substantial background at Hindustan Unilever spanning 21 years, including five years as a Factory Manager, and an early foundation as an industrial engineer at Scooters India Ltd, Himanshu holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Industrial Engineering from IIT Roorkee.
