Neelmani Singh has a diverse work experience spanning over 25 years. Neelmani began their career as a Clinical Psychologist at NIMHANS and then worked as a Manager at Xerox. Neelmani later joined Escorts Limited as a Corporate Training Manager before moving on to RoyalSundaram Insurance as the National Learning Head. Neelmani then joined ICICI Bank as the Group Learning Manager and subsequently worked at Microsoft Corporation as the Lead for People and Organization Capability. Neelmani continued to progress in their career and served as the Head of Talent and Learning for India and South Asia at Standard Chartered Bank. Neelmani then joined Reliance Industries Ltd as the Head of Leadership Development, where they worked closely with the leadership to create and implement a leadership development framework and strategies. Currently, they are working as the Head of Group Learning & Global Center for Leadership at Aditya Birla Group.
Neelmani Singh's education history includes completing an M Phil (Pre-Doctoral) degree in Clinical Psychology at NIMHANS (National Institute of Mental Health and Neuro Sciences) from 1995 to 1997. Prior to that, they obtained an MBA (MA Applied Psychology) degree from Delhi University, specializing in Cl Psy, OB, and Soc Psy from 1993 to 1995. Neelmani also holds a BA Hons degree in Psychology from Delhi University, which they completed from 1990 to 1993. Additionally, they completed their 12th grade education in Computer Science at APS Delhi. Neelmani has obtained the ICF Member Badge certification from the International Coaching Federation in 2022.
