Sidhartha Ghosh

Sidhartha Ghosh has extensive experience in the field of human resources, having held various senior leadership roles at notable companies. Sidhartha started their career at Reliance Industries Limited, where they worked in the Human Resources department. Sidhartha then joined Jindal steel and power as Associate Vice President and Head of HR. Following that, they returned to Reliance Industries Limited, working in Petroleum E&P and holding roles in HR and CBM. In 2010, they joined ADITYA BIRLA GROUP (CHEMICAL BUSINESS) as Vice President and Head of HR, IR, and Admin at Indian Rayon. Sidhartha was responsible for developing HR strategies, compensation management, and performance management. In 2015, they moved back to Reliance Industries Limited as Sr. VP and Corporate Head of Industrial Relations. Currently, they are serving as the Senior Vice President and Chief Human Resource Officer at Adani Wilmar Limited.

Sidhartha Ghosh attended the Xavier Institute of Social Service from 1983 to 1985, where they obtained a degree in PM & IR. In 2014, they also obtained a certification as a job evaluator from the Hay Group.
