Srishti Tyagi

Srishti Tyagi currently serves as the General Manager of Group Corporate Finance at Aditya Birla Group since January 2023. Prior to this role, Srishti held the position of Chief Manager in Corporate M&A at Piramal Pharma Limited from May 2021 to December 2022. Srishti's earlier experience includes several positions at Nomura from June 2014 to April 2021, where roles encompassed Investment Banking Associate and Investment Banking Analyst with a focus on M&A and Equity Capital Market transactions across diverse sectors, as well as corporate finance for Asia ex-Japan. Srishti commenced career with a summer internship at Tata Administrative Services in 2013, achieving the highest rating for developing a quantitative model to assess IT department performance. Srishti's academic qualifications include a PGDM in General Management from the Indian Institute of Management, Kozhikode, and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Dayalbagh Educational Institute, Agra.
