Umesh Adhikary

Umesh Adhikary is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in corporate strategy and management. Since 1999, Umesh has held multiple senior roles at Aditya Birla Group, including Senior President & Head of the Chairman's Office and President of Corporate Strategy. Prior to this, Umesh worked as a Senior Manager at Essar from 1995 to 1999 and at Tata Steel from 1991 to 1993. Umesh's educational background includes advanced management programs at Harvard Business School and London Business School, an MBA in Finance and Marketing from Xavier Institute of Management, and a Bachelor of Technology in Mechanical Engineering from the National Institute of Technology Rourkela. Umesh's foundational education was completed at St. Vincent Convent School, Brahmapur.
