Kamal Gautam

Kamal Gautam possesses extensive experience in technical customer service and support, currently serving as Vice President at Aditya Infotech Ltd since October 2017. Previously, Kamal held leadership positions including Head of Customer Service for Consumer Durables and IT Products at Intex Technologies (India) Ltd from November 2015 to October 2017, and Service Head at Salora International Ltd from June 2010 to October 2015, overseeing after-sales service and e-commerce business development. Additional roles include Service Head at Uniword Telecom Ltd and National Manager at mDR Services India Ltd, as well as a managerial position in customer service at Samsung India from 1998 to 2007. Kamal holds an MBA in Business Study from Sikkim Manipal University and a B.A. in Arts from Delhi University.
