Leonard Andrew Arevalo is a versatile professional with extensive experience in project and IT management. Currently serving as a Freelance Project Manager at Siemens, Leonard manages projects related to Siemens Spectrum Power 5 SCADA and Siemens SICAM Automation, focusing on project planning, delivery management, and risk management. In addition, Leonard operates as a Freelance IT Consultant at Adiutum and serves as Director and IT Consultant at Tech Things. Prior experience includes a leadership role as IT Operations Team Manager at Proximus, overseeing a large team and managing multiple IT applications and service levels. Leonard also participated in the PRO Development Program, enhancing interpersonal skills and promoting a growth mindset.
