Jas Kamal Bhuie

Jas Kamal Bhuie is the current Associate at Adizes Institute. Jas has plenty of experience in various leadership roles in different companies.

Jas was the Vice President Manufacturing at Jubilant Agri and Consumer Products Limited from December 2010 to February 2019. Jubilant Agri and Consumer Products Limited is a part of Jubilant Bhartia group and is engaged in Agri, Food and Performance Polymers business. The Company’s diversified portfolio of products include Fertilizer (Single Super Phosphate), Sulphuric Acid, IMFL, Adhesives and Wood Coatings for indigenous market and Food Grade PVAc, Ester Gum, Vinyl Pyridene Latex, SBR and NBR Latex, manufactured for customers across the globe and India.

Heading Manufacturing Function with complete responsibility of managing operations of 8 manufacturing plants of the company spread across India. Role is a part of the Company Leadership Team.

Before that, Jas was the Head Strategy Planning Implementation control (Team Leader SPIC) at Polygenta Technologies from November 2009 to November 2010.

And before that, Jas was the Head Operations at Pidilite Industries Ltd. from January 2004 to October 2009.

Prior to that role, Jas was the Senior General Manager at Grand Polycoats Company Pvt. Ltd. from September 2001 to December 2003.

Jas Kamal Bhuie holds a B.Tech in Chemical Engineering from National Institute of Technology Warangal and an MBA in Creativity, Innovation and Change; Strategic Human Resource Management and Marketing in a complex wo from The Open University Business School. Jas also holds a degree from M.G.M. Senior Secondary School Sector VI Bhilai.
