Kato Tsiklauri

Kato Tsiklauri has a diverse work experience in the field of human resources. They started their career as an HR Assistant at HR.GE in December 2017 and worked in that role until May 2018. From June 2018 to May 2019, they served as an HR Project Assistant at the same company. They then took on the role of HR Project Manager from June 2019 to August 2019, where they collaborated with international organizations and provided HR support.

In September 2019, Kato joined Mimino in Caucasus as an HR Administration and Compensations Manager, responsible for managing HR documentation, administering payroll, and overseeing employee benefits.

More recently, in February 2021, Kato joined adjarabet.com as an HR Specialist. They later transitioned into the role of Payroll Specialist in February 2022.

Throughout their career, Kato has gained experience in various HR functions, including recruitment, payroll administration, employee benefits management, and HR project management.

Kato Tsiklauri earned a Bachelor's degree in Psychology and Educational Sciences from Tbilisi State University, studying from 2013 to 2017.
