Roma Lazutkini has a diverse work history spanning multiple roles and industries. In 2011, Lazutkini began at the Students' Scientific Center/Batumi Shota Rustaveli State University as the head. Lazutkini then moved on to intern at Batumi City Hall and EWMI G-PAC in the Youth Affairs Department. In 2013, Lazutkini worked as a sales manager at Ltd. Robinson Test. Lazutkini continued to gain experience in different sectors, working as a trainer for the Georgian Parliamentary Election and Democratic Ajara.
