Salome Lekishvili

Salome Lekishvili has a diverse work experience in the field of communications and marketing. Salome is currently working at adjarabet.com | aPeople as an Omnichannel Communications Officer, responsible for managing various communication channels. Before that, they held the position of Digital Communications Officer at the same company and was in charge of digital communication strategies. Prior to adjarabet.com | aPeople, Salome worked at Bravo Hot Dog as a Social Media Manager, where they handled social media marketing campaigns. Salome also served as a Digital Media Manager and Social Media Manager at McCann Tbilisi, where they managed digital and social media campaigns. Earlier in their career, Salome worked at JSC Nikora Trade as a Digital Marketing Manager and Marketing Project Manager, overseeing digital marketing initiatives and managing marketing projects. Salome also gained experience at JSC Goodwill as a Content Manager, Marketing Assistant, and Marketing Intern. Overall, Salome Lekishvili has a comprehensive background in communications, digital marketing, and social media management.

Salome Lekishvili completed their Bachelor's Degree in Journalism and Mass Communications from Tbilisi State University from 2013 to 2017. Following this, they pursued a Master's degree in Public Relations, Advertising, and Applied Communication at Ilia State University from 2018 to 2020.

In addition to their academic degrees, Salome Lekishvili obtained various certifications to enhance their skills and knowledge. Salome completed the "Neuromarketing Management" program at the Marketing Academy in November 2019. In November 2016, they obtained certification in "Practical Digital Marketing: Practice, Techniques, Tools" from the Georgian Employers' Association (GEA).

Salome also participated in several conferences and training programs. In June 2016, they attended the "Conference on Combating Hate Speech in Media" organized by the Council of Europe. In February 2016, they completed the program on "How to Develop Simulation Games to Convey Liberal Messages on Free Market Economy and Entrepreneurship" offered by the Friederich Nauman Foundation for Freedom. In January 2016, they obtained certification in "Liberalism - Values, Principles and Policies" from the same foundation.

Salome Lekishvili also attended the "Internet Governance Forum - Human Rights with Regard to Internet" organized by the Council of Europe in December 2015. In October 2015, they completed a program on "Communicating Liberalism - How to Convey Political Messages Successfully" offered by the Friederic Naumann Foundation for Freedom.
