Tamari Matiashvili started their work experience in 2013 as a Front Desk employee at Smart Retail JSC. Tamari then worked in the marketing departments of both JSC D & B Georgia and JSC WenGeorgia from 2014 to 2017.

In 2017, they obtained their IELTS certification from the IELTS British Council. From 2017 to 2019, Tamari pursued their Master's degree in International Business at the University of Warsaw. Additionally, from 2018 to 2019, they concurrently pursued another Master's degree in Business Administration and Management at Linnaeus University. In 2022, Tamari obtained a certification in Foundations of Project Management from Coursera.
