Chaima Maddouri is a seasoned professional in the field of technical account management and project management, currently serving as a Senior Technical Account Manager at Adjust since January 2022, where responsibilities include managing a diverse portfolio of client accounts and offering technical support to enhance client satisfaction. Prior experience includes roles as Project Manager and Junior Project Manager at Grainli® GmbH & Co. KG, focusing on digital transformation and B2B e-commerce project development, as well as technical support for SAP ERP at Focus Corporation. Chaima started the career as an intern in back office and front office roles at Société Générale and Tunisian Saudi Bank, respectively. Chaima holds an MSc in Global Management & Governance from HSBA Hamburg School of Business Administration and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a major in Finance from Tunis Business School.
