Frank Molinaro has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Frank most recently worked at Agora as the Manager, TAM, starting in December 2020. Prior to that, they were a Technical Solutions Engineer at Agora from October 2019 to December 2020.

Before joining Agora, Frank worked at Vidyo from August 2019 to October 2019 as the Acting Director, Customer Support. Prior to that, they held various roles at Vidyo including Team Lead, Global Tier 3 Technical Support from March 2016 to August 2019, Customer Support Engineer, Tier 2 from November 2014 to March 2016, and Customer Support Engineer, Tier 1 from December 2012 to November 2014.

Frank also worked at Rutgers New Brunswick Computing Services as a Residential Networking Supervisor from August 2009 to August 2012. In this role, they had responsibilities such as managing a network of over 16,000 users in dormitories, troubleshooting internet connections, and providing technical support to faculty and students.

Additionally, Frank has experience as a Facility Manager/Event Coordinator at Chill from September 2011 to June 2012, and as a Manager at Incredi-Bills at Velocity 17 from January 2011 to March 2012. Frank started their career at Unbelieva-Bills as a Supervisor from August 2005 to September 2011.

Throughout their career, Frank has developed skills in networking, customer support, technical troubleshooting, and team coordination.

Frank Molinaro received their BA degree in Information Technology and Informatics from Rutgers University, where they studied from 2006 to 2011. In addition, they have obtained a certification in VC-DSE from Vidyo, Inc. in December 2012.
