Vera Marnova has a diverse work experience spanning over various roles and industries. Vera is currently serving as the Head of Customer Success for Russia and Eastern Europe at Adjust since October 2021. Before that, they worked as the Global Business Development Director at Cityads Media from August 2020 to October 2021. Prior to that, they held the position of Head of B2B Project Team at Yandex.Taxi from October 2018 to September 2019. Additionally, they have experience working at Unilead Network, where they held multiple roles including Executive Director, Commercial Director, Head of Accounts for Russia, and Senior Account Manager. Vera also worked as a Key Account Manager at MarketGID, an SEO-mediaplaner at RBS corporation, and a Support Manager at Begun. Vera has accumulated a wealth of knowledge and expertise in customer success, business development, project management, account management, and SEO.

Vera Marnova obtained their Master's degree in Human Resources Management and Services from the Plekhanov Russian University of Economics. Vera completed their degree between 2006 and 2011. In addition to their formal education, they also obtained a certification in Data-driven product management online training from GoPractice, Inc in July 2020.
