Paul Jiang

Paul Jiang has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Paul started their career as an Intern at Mercer in 2018, followed by a Part-time Assistant role at L.E.K. Consulting. In 2017, they worked as an Assistant to the Minister at GEELY. Paul then returned to Mercer in 2019 as an Associate Consultant and later became a Senior Consultant. In 2021, Paul joined Adlai Nortye Biopharma Co., Ltd as a Compensation Benefits Manager and was later promoted to the role of Senior Manager, C&B. In their current role, they are responsible for executing and optimizing the Global Human Resources System and driving organizational development.

Paul Jiang completed their Bachelor's degree in Packaging Engineering from Ningbo Institute of Technology, Zhejiang University. Paul attended the institute from 2011 to 2015.

Following this, Paul pursued a Master of Engineering degree in Manufacturing Engineering from UNSW from 2016 to 2018.
