Carlos Montemor

Carlos Montemor, CPA has extensive work experience in finance and accounting. Carlos currently serves as the Chief Operating and Financial Officer at Adler Pollock & Sheehan P.C., where they lead the firm's operations and implements growth initiatives. Previously, Carlos worked as the Chief Financial Officer for the Americas region at L.E.K. Consulting and as the Director of Finance at Goulston & Storrs, where they developed financial strategies and implemented process improvements. Carlos also held various roles at Bain & Company, including Senior Manager of Financial Planning and Analysis. Carlos has served as a Board Member at Naveo Credit Union and worked as an Associate at PwC, specializing in audit and tax services. Carlos began their career as a Junior Accountant at Cambridge Savings Bank.

Carlos Montemor, CPA pursued their undergraduate studies from 1996 to 2001 at Northeastern University, where they earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (BSBA) with a focus on Finance and Accounting. Continuing their education, Carlos then attended the Boston College Carroll School of Management, where they completed a Master of Science in Finance (MSF). Furthermore, they obtained a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from the same institution.
