Mickey Garcia

Mickey Garcia is an experienced product management professional currently serving as the Head of Product Management at Adlib since September 2025, focusing on product innovation and strategic transformation. Prior to this, Mickey held multiple significant roles at Epicor Software, including Principal Product Manager for the successful DocStar ECM product and Director of Product Commercialization. Mickey's career includes notable positions at MasterControl, where responsibilities ranged from Director of Product Management to leading the SAFe transition as a Release Train Engineer. Additional expertise stems from roles at M-Files, Dassault Systèmes, and a consulting practice, as well as foundational experience at Johnson & Johnson. Mickey holds an MBA from Stanford University Graduate School of Business and dual Bachelor of Science degrees in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Florida.
