Olya Bezverkha

Olya Bezverkha has a diverse work experience spanning various roles in business development, marketing, and operations. Olya is currently working as a Business Lead at AdLight since November 2023. Prior to this, they worked at Global Shapers Community as an Impact Officer and Curator at the Kyiv Hub, starting in July 2023. Olya also held the position of Acting COO & Head of Business Development at EventsWallet from November 2022 to October 2023. Olya has experience in partnerships and growth as well, having worked at Awesomic from March 2022 to November 2022. In addition, they were the Business Development Team Lead at SKELAR from March 2021 to March 2022. Olya also gained substantial experience in business development and marketing at Concepter from January 2020 to March 2021. Prior to that, they worked at Redcliffe Partners as a Business Development & Marketing Manager from November 2018 to October 2019. Olya began their career at Marchenko Danevych, where they held various roles as a Business Development & Marketing Manager and Communications & Project Manager from July 2017 to March 2018 and September 2016 to June 2017, respectively. Throughout their career, they have demonstrated expertise in sales management, partner network development, operations supervision, legal directories management, event management, SMM, PR, and project work.

Olya Bezverkha attended Stanford University School of Engineering in 2023, where they completed a course titled "Demand Creation: Launching and Growing Your Product" in the field of Product Management. Prior to that, they obtained a Master of Laws degree from Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv from 2016 to 2018. Before their master's degree, they completed a Bachelor of Laws with honors at Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv from 2012 to 2016. Olya Bezverkha also holds additional certifications, including Genesis Management School 7.0, Genesis IT School 9.0, SQL Course from SoloLearn, and Introduction to Negotiation: A Strategic Playbook for Becoming a Principled and Persuasive Negotiator from Yale University via Coursera.
