Tim Hipperson

Tim Hipperson has over 25 years of experience in the software and technology industries. Tim is currently the Non-Executive Chairman at Adludio, a leading mobile advertising platform. Prior to Adludio, Tim was the Chairman at welikeit, a social media platform, and at Fearlessly Frank, a digital marketing agency. Tim has also served as the Interim CEO of WEVE, a mobile marketing joint venture between EE and Vodafone.

Tim founded Morph Management Ltd in 1995 and grew the company into a successful software development consultancy. In 2014, they sold Morph to O2 and stayed on as Interim CEO until 2015. In 2017, they became the Non Executive Chairman of IME PLC, now Fiinu Group PLC. Under Tim's leadership, the company has undergone a strategic business review, business change, leadership change, and transition to a cash shell. The company is now an acquisition target for other companies in the banking and financial services industries.
