Lisa Mort is an experienced professional currently serving as an Energy Analyst II at ADM Associates, where work focuses on the California Energy Commission's 2018-2020 California End-Use Survey, analyzing energy use data from over 25,000 commercial businesses for forecasting purposes. In addition, Mort actively volunteers with the City of Folsom Police and Fire Departments through the Citizens Assisting Public Service program, taking on various roles including Team Leader for the Mounted Unit. Previous experience includes serving as a Police Record Clerk responsible for Live Scan operations and writing operational manuals, as well as holding the position of Vice President in Lending Operations at California Capital Financial Development Corporation, overseeing small business guarantee loans, and working as a Loan Officer and Senior Reviewer at Federal Farm Credit Banks. Mort holds a Bachelor of Science in Agricultural and Managerial Economics from the University of California, Davis, and is a graduate of the Pacific Coast Banking School.
