Richard Haley has extensive experience in the energy consulting field, having worked as an Energy Auditor at ADM Associates since February 2016, focusing on the research and evaluation of energy utility programs across the United States. Prior to this, Richard served as an Energy Consultant and Quality Control Inspector at the Louisiana Housing Corporation from August 2015 to August 2022, and held various roles in energy consulting, including Building Performance Specialist at Haley's Home Energy Consulting and Energy Consultant at PosiGen Solar Solutions. Richard also has a history of roles at CORE USA, HLN Energy Services, and Dew Enterprises/Total Community Action, specializing in energy auditing and inspection. Richard holds a Bachelor's of Arts in Urban Studies from Southern University at New Orleans, completed between 1987 and 1991.

In 1979, ADM’s founding principals, Taghi Alereza and Donald Dohrmann, formed ADM Associates after determining they were uniquely positioned to fulfill the need for energy research premised on both engineering and economic principles.
