Dean Thornewell

Dean Thornewell is currently the managing director at ADM Pressings. Dean has an extensive background in business development and strategy, most notably through their previous work as the president of Eurasia for Joy Global Inc. from 2008 to 2018. In this role, Dean was responsible for the P&L of a £300 million business and grew the company's presence in Europe and Asia by 400%.

Since 2018, Dean has been working as an interim executive and business development consultant for NextGenOpX, where they have been focused on developing the company's Go-to-Market strategy to expand their presence into European markets. Dean's work has been integral in securing trade finance for exports and expanding the company's operations into new service facilities in Eastern Europe.
