Edward Butka

Edward Butka is an experienced Project Implementation Manager at ADMAR Construction Equipment and Supplies, overseeing the implementation of an ERP/CRM solution for 300 users across multiple branches. Prior to this role, Edward served at Paychex as an IT Project Manager and Business Analyst, where responsibilities included leading initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and client satisfaction. Additionally, Edward has a background in training and education, having managed training operations at Sutherland Global Services and served as an adjunct instructor at Paul Smiths College. With a rich history in management roles, including food and beverage management at the Rochester Riverside Convention Center and Sheraton Hotels, Edward has developed a strong foundation in operational leadership and employee development. Edward holds a Master’s degree in Quality Management from the Rochester Institute of Technology and degrees in Hospitality Management and Hotel Management from Florida International University and Paul Smith's College, respectively.
