Jeffrey'swork experience includes:

1996-2001: Director of Sales and Marketing at Personally Yours... Baskets & Sweets, where they were responsible for corporate sales and retail sales, created marketing materials including brochures, tradeshows, ecommerce web site and sales collateral, and developed business through trade shows and networking functions.

2000-2001: Dialog Supervisor at Beyond Interactive (MediaCom - Gray Worldwide), where they were a founding member of the Dialog Management Group, created Emerging Media Services Group for Online Loyalty Programs, and managed the agency's largest Dialog Management accounts.

2001-2009: Director of Marketing at North American Bancard, where they led digital marketing, traditional marketing, mobile, social, business development and enterprise SaaS sales, and web analytics, built the marketing department from scratch, and spearheaded mobile payments product launches and marketing of PayAnywhere and Phone Swipe.

2009-2013: VP, Partner Group Director - Performance Digital & Search at UM Worldwide (InterPublic Group), where they established Performance Marketing Digital group, hired and trained the agency team, and was responsible for performance media, search and social media.

2013-2016: Director of Strategic Partnerships at adMarketplace, where they were responsible for strategic partnerships and key accounts, including building out the Midwest market.

2016-2018: Executive Director, Client Development at Catchweight, a full-service creative agency specializing in digital marketing, strategy, SEO and hyper-local/regional media.

2018-2019: Executive Director of Sales & Partnerships, then SVP, Sales & Marketing at AdMedia.

2016-present: Founder, Senior Business Advisor at Jeff Alderman, where they help Fortune 500, start ups, early stage, venture capitalist and entrepreneurs succeed by growing revenue and market expansion.

Jeffrey Alderman obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) from Western Michigan University - Haworth College of Business in 1999, majoring in Marketing and General Business Administration. In 1998, they attended University of Wisconsin-Platteville, studying Marketing, International Business and Spanish Civilization. Jeffrey has also obtained three additional certifications: Sales: Closing Strategies from LinkedIn in September 2019, Becoming Head of Sales: Developing Your Playbook from LinkedIn in October 2018, and a Shoptalk Retail Education Certificate from Shoptalk in April 2022.
