The Admin Awards is the Administrative Profession's highest honor and is nationally known as the 'Academy Awards for Admins. Created by the daughter of an Executive Secretary, the Admin Awards is the first and only awards program of its kind in the country that publicly recognizes the invaluable contributions of Administrative Professionals. We currently celebrate Administrative Excellence in nine cities across the U.S.

The awards gala is a unique celebration that recognizes administrative excellence in nine award categories, including the program’s most prestigious award, The Colleen Barrett Award for Administrative Excellence, which elevates the professional who embodies the “spirit” and proficiency of nationally renowned (former) admin, Colleen Barrett, President Emeritus of Southwest Airlines, who over the course of her five-decade career climbed from secretary to President and COO of the legendary, award-winning airline. 

While the Admin Awards is a competition, at its heart it’s a celebration of every administrative professional.
