Kevin Boyle

Kevin Boyle is currently a Data & Business Analyst at AdminaHealth. Prior to that, they were with Compliance Solutions Strategies from January 2017 to November 2020, where they were Head of Regulatory Production. Compliance Solutions Strategies was acquired by Confluence in December 2021.

At Compliance Solutions Strategies, Kevin managed a team of business/data analysts responsible for translating and transforming complex regulations into elegant software. Once translated, Kevin ensured that the developed software accurately satisfied the regulation’s functional and technical requirements and met the needs of business users. Kevin also developed and maintained a repeatable process, guidance, checklists, and other documentation required to add/update a regulation in our software.

Kevin also worked to resolve “stuck” complicated regulatory issues so they could be added to the software. As necessary, they liaised with regulators to answer questions and ensure answers were received in a timely manner. Kevin maintained up-to-date knowledge of the company’s regulatory offerings as Best Practices research and product development occurred. Kevin was also responsible for prioritizing the company-wide regulatory roadmap which included presenting potential regulations to cover to the C-level executive team.

Kevin Boyle has earned a B.S. in Economics from the University of Delaware and has also completed certification courses in Python Classes and Inheritance, Data Collection and Processing with Python, Python Functions, Files, and Dictionaries, and Python Basics from Coursera.

Kevin Boyle works with Teresa Ticson - Implementation Manager, Kathy Cravinho - Client Success Manager, and Steven Vuillermet - Implementation Manager. Their manager is Tim Sakayev, Chief Customer Success Officer.
