Mary Kate Brown is a dedicated professional with extensive experience in the fields of community integration and disability advocacy. Currently serving as the Special Assistant in the Immediate Office of the Administrator at the Administration for Community Living, Mary Kate also holds the position of CEO and founder of The Center for Disability Integration, where significant contributions include creating interdisciplinary learning circles and securing consultancy contracts. Previous roles include Director of Operations at Tennessee Disability Coalition, where operational plans and stakeholder relationships were developed, and Adjunct Professor at Middle Tennessee State University, focusing on culturally responsive curriculum improvements. With a strong foundation in research and training, complemented by a Master of Education from Vanderbilt Peabody College, Mary Kate's work consistently emphasizes inclusivity and equity in education and community services.
