Aisha Southern is currently studying for the Salesforce Certified Administrator certification and gaining the necessary skills to fulfill the role. With experience in information technology help desk roles at TEKsystems and Charter Communications, as well as a previous position as a Level 1 Help Desk at CTG, Aisha has a strong background in troubleshooting and customer support. Aisha graduated from Cardinal O'Hara High School with a High School Diploma with Designated Honors.
